Is everything real/authentic?
All of the merchandise here at Revival is 100% authentic. To ensure that, we
assign "fashion educated" individuals to each designer brand that they know
best about. Should there be any additional question as to its validity,
we are more than happy to answer them.

What is designer resale?
People come to us with gently used designer merchandise, such as bags, shoes,
jewelry, accessories, and clothing, and leave it with us to resell. Designers
we accept at Revival include Prada, Chanel, Missoni, Escada, St. John, Jimmy
Choo, Marc Jacobs, Manolo Blahnik, Gucci, Diane Von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren,
and the list goes on.

Where do you get your merchandise from?
People come to us from all over to consign their merchandise. In addition to
Long Island and Manhattan, we have people who bring in and send items from
Connecticut, Westchester, Florida, and various other areas. In addition, we
purchase new items from upcoming designers and classic pieces from companies
such as Chanel and Emilio Pucci.

What percentage does the consigner make and when do they get paid?
All merchandise is split 60 percent to the store and 40 percent to the
consigner. Exceptions are made for Chanel and Hermes. When an item sells, it is
logged into the computer and on the 15th of every month checks are sent out
accordingly.

How often do you get new merchandise?
Every single day! Keep checking back with us if there is something you are
looking for because merchandise comes in constantly and consistently.

Where are you located?
Revival Boutique is located at 1374 Old Northern Boulevard in the heart of the
Old Village of Roslyn, NY. A short trip from Manhattan we are easily accessible
from the Long Island Expressway, the Northern State Parkway, and Northern
Boulevard.
